We promise to match any like-for-like written quote for service, maintenance and repair using Ford Genuine Parts from any garage within a 5 mile radius
2. We’ll fit exterior bulbs and wiper blades for free
When you purchase wiper blades or exterior bulbs from us we’ll fit them free of charge. We’ll replace all exterior bulbs including sidelights, headlights, brake lights, fog lights and reverse indicator bulbs. If you require interior, Xenon or LED lights replacing then please ask and we’ll provide you with a competitive quote.
3. We’ll carry out a Complimentary 29-Point Vehicle Health Check
29 points are visually checked for your safety, convenience and peace of mind; from the tyres to the driveshaft, from the brakes to the wipers and so on.
4. Free Road Test with a Technician if required
If you feel that you would like to demonstrate a concern with your vehicle face-to-face with a technician then please ask. Sometimes it’s easier to show rather than tell so it can be worth talking to the person who knows your Ford better than anyone else. Our Ford Technicians can answer all your questions about technical aspects of a service and work identified also.
5. No Unnecessary Work Will Be Recommended - Guaranteed
You’ll never again need to wonder, “Was that really necessary?”, because our technicians are trained to differentiate between work that is necessary to keep your vehicle running, and work that will help return your vehicle to showroom condition. You will be advised accordingly.
6. A range of convenience services to suit your needs
To avoid the inconvenience of not having your car whilst it’s in for servicing (unless of course you have booked a ‘waiting’ appointment); you can either opt for a courtesy car or we can offer you a drop off and pick-up service to your home, work or town (within 5mile radius). Just let us know at time of booking and we’ll arrange this for you.
